Finja Invest is Pakistan’s first peer to peer lending platform where by users can invest in inventory of local grocery stores and eventually earn up to 20% annual returns.

Challenge

They didn’t have any performance marketing resource internally or externally and wanted to start user acquisition campaigns as they had acquired the required regulatory licenses.

The initial objectives were:

  • Introduce the brand to right audience on digital
  • Acquire a minimum of 30 investors in a month

Their Solution

Since they internal team was not savvy enough to make their platform ready for digital advertisement.

  • We started with Google Analytics setup along with Goal setting, Meta Conversion API integration via Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords Conversions setup.
  • Once all the tracking parameters were setup we started ad campaigns on Meta and Google Search.
  • Meta campaign was spilt into two campaigns one for Top Funnel where the objective was landing page views and two separate audiences were created; one based on the look a likes of the users/investors being acquired and second was based on interest, demographics and behavioural parameters. The second campaign was a remarketing campaign with the objective of lead for user sign-up.
  • Similarly a dynamic search campaign was setup on Google optimized to get lead/conversions.

Results

  • 1.78 investors were acquired during the 1st month of the campaign
  • The ROAS of the campaign was 600X during the first month
